Class 7 Students Earn High Honors
In early October, just a few days prior to their graduation ceremony, Faraja Primary School's Class 7 students sat for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). The PSLE is a national exam that determines Class 7 students’ eligibility for secondary education and measures primary schools' academic success.
The Tanzanian government recently released the results of the 2020 PSLE. Faraja posted its best score ever, placing first among small primary schools in the Siha district. All twenty-six Class 7 students received an overall grade of A or B. Faraja’s performance ranked among the top 3% of schools in the Kilimanjaro region and the top 7% of schools nationally. Needless to say, we are thrilled and proud!
Our graduates are well prepared for success in secondary school and beyond. Many thanks to Faraja's committed teachers and staff, who work so hard to provide a quality primary education for our students. And congratulations to the Class of 2020 on your terrific acheivement!
